Job Description
- Personally interview the applicant and the life insured (excluding infants) for each application for insurance solicited by the Agent, and in the case of request for reinstatement, the life insured;
- Explain all essential provisions of the contract, which the Agent is recommending so as to ensure that the prospective policyholder clearly understands what he, the policyholder, is committing himself to and the circumstances under which the policyholder is entitled to benefit. Where a policy offers participation in profits, or otherwise depends on variable factors such as dividend performance, or where illustrations of projected benefits are presented, the Agent shall make clear, where applicable, that these are based in certain assumptions, stating what these assumptions are, and shall clearly distinguish for the benefit of the policyholder, what items are and are not guaranteed. The agent shall indemnify the Company for any loss, damage or expense resulting from any breach by the Agent of this provision. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Agreement;
- Promptly disclose to the Company all information known to him concerning the insurability of a proposed life insured ( or life insured in the case of a request for reinstatement ), such as, but not limited to health, financial, and lifestyle information;
- Turn over to the Company monies collected in trust immediately and without any deduction whatsoever;
- Maintain performance and production equal to or greater that the minimum standards which the Company may from time to time establish and make known to the Agent in writing;
- Have a system of record keeping for each policyholder's face amount, plan, premium payment mode and due date. These records should be available for review at all times;
- Maintain at all times the strictest confidentiality concerning the business of the Company or of persons or entities dealing with the Company or the Agent, both now and in the future, which come to the knowledge of the Agent.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft application (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
- No record of work employment termination due to just cause
- No negative record with NBI and Credit Investigation Bureau Inc.
- Has good moral character
- Willing to be trained and learn.
