As an external manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Guide clients to make sound decisions on choosing life insurance and investment plans
• Perform comprehensive financial planning to help clients realize their current financial status
• Provide and recommend sound financial solutions to meet the clients’ needs and goals
• Nurture and develop future leaders in the industry
• Actively generate new clients and recruits
