- Install and configure computer systems.
- Diagnose and solve hardware/software faults.
- Log employee queries.
- Analyze call logs to spot trends and underlying issues.
- Update self-help documents so customers/employees can try to fix problems themselves.
- Test and fix faulty equipment.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's/College degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any equivalent course.
- Required languages: English and Filipino.
- At least 1 year of work experience in the related field.
- Preferably 1-4 years of experience specializing in IT Support & Assistant, or other equivalent fields.
- Training experience.
- Knowledge in Windows/Linux permission/drivers.
- Desktop and network troubleshooting skills.
- Exceptional skills in networking protocols.
- Ability to:
- Handle networking devices(hubs/switches).
- Develop and maintain system and security documentation.
- Assemble hardware system components.
- Install/Update OS.
- Knowledge in data recovery and restore
- Knowledge in enterprise application and support.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.

SULTAN KUDARAT MILLING & TRADING INC. (SKMTI) was incorporated on June 9, 1986 when it acquired the Ballena Rice Mill from the Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP). The company primarily engaged in rice milling, com and other agricultural products trading business, Caltex service station, and contract hauling. From and exclusive market outlet in Davao City where the Company disposes almost 99% of its rice milling production, the Company has successfully expanded its market as far as Metro Cebu, Dumaguete City, Zamboanga City, Cagayan De Oro City, Butuan City, Surigao City and other major market in the Southern Philippines area and even to Metro Manila. In 1995, the company expanded its trucking division when it acquired a hauling contract with Nestle Philippines, Inc. to haul its finished products. Today, aside from the Nestle, the company also maintained hauling contracts with the multi-nationals such as: San Miguel Corporation, Del Monte Philippines, Mindanao.
