- Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
- Pay vendors by monitoring discount opportunities, scheduling and preparing cheques, resolving purchase order, contracts, invoices, payment discrepancies, and documentations.
- Record, review, and analyse invoices, expense report, and purchase orders.
- Ensure credit is received for memos and issue stop payments.
- Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
- Maintain accounting records.
- Do inventory adjustments.
- Report sales tax by calculating requirements on paid invoices.
- Protect company by keeping information confidential.
- Liaise and communicate with other departments, as necessary.
- Report to work closely with the central accounting team based in Australia.
- Perform other related tasks as dictated by the needs of the company.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any business related course or at least a Bachelor’s/College degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management.
- Preferably with background in using NetSuite/SAP or any equivalent field.
- Preferably 1-2 years experience in work related field.
- Great attention to details, thoroughness, analyzing information, vendor relationships, data entry skills, and general math skills.
- Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City.
