- Monitors staffs.
- Checks merchandise alarm if it’s working and all are safe.
- Makes sure service unit and light speed is working well.
- Makes sure that all important files are up-to-date.
- Makes sure all price item display is accurate base on light speed.
- Checks merchandise display if it’s on-stock.
- Conducts replenishment by requesting purchase order to logistic.
- Ensures the availability of stocks.
- Ensures all promos are being discussed with the staff.
- Briefs the staff with a short reminder to be positive always.
- Reminds all staff to avoid using demo unit as per house rules.
- Reminds to focus on sales and in customer.
- Serves customer from time to time.
- Checks on what time does have high foot traffic and why having low foot traffic.
- Maintains a good reputation of each and individual toward the customer and to the company.
- Sets a target monthly quota, weekly and daily quota for the whole team to meet all expectation.
- Monitors the sales of unit per transaction versus head count.
- Monitors the staff knowing if they are on track with their
- individual quota.
- Motivates staffs in achieving their goal.
- Managers and Apple specialist should always maintain professional and technical knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
- Creates 110% customer service in order to meet our quota.
- Creates customer relation management by establishing rapport.
- Submits daily report EDDC, EDDR, DLSR, Daily Monitoring including daily issues.
- Sends daily sales deposit slip to finance
- Submits weekly sales performance.
- Submits attendance performance of each and everyone on the cut-off basis.
- Takes notes about discount approval.
- Emails cash sales for the day.
- Emails fast moving and slow moving item.
- Emails the cause of low sales.
- Emails daily, weekly and monthly report on a time of submission.
Minimum Qualifications
- Supervisory and managerial experience
- Good leadership skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good sales and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Computer literate
- Willing to be assigned in Marquee Mall, Pampanga
