Job Description

Graphic Layout

  • Meet with employees, Department Heads or President / CEO to discuss the requested of a project. Schedule project implementation and define budget constraints.
  • Advise employees, Department Heads on strategies to reach a particular audience. Determine the message the design should portray.
  • Create images that identify a product or convey a message.
  • Develop graphics and visual or audio images for product illustrations, logos, and websites
  • Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software.
  • Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts
  • Create designs either by hand or using computer software packages.
  • Present the design to employees, Department Heads or the President / CEO. Incorporate changes recommended by the clients for the final design. Amend final designs to Department Heads comments and gain full approval. Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them.

Online Sales

  • Processing orders from customers placed in Lazada, Shopee, TackThis, etc.
  • Schedule and coordinates delivery with customers and key departments.
  • Manages and addresses customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
  • Post products for sale including current promotions.

Website Maintenance and Social Media Management

  • Creates layout for the company website
  • Ensures all announcements are posted on the website
  • Manages and addresses customer inquiries, concerns and complaints posted or sent to Switch through Switch’s Social Media Accounts
  • Post products for sale including current promotions.
  • Ensures all announcements are posted on the website and social media accounts

Bank Tie-ups

  • Ensures all information, pertaining to promotions implemented, given to participating banks are accurate and updated.
  • Event Coordination
  • Manages store openings, sales events, and product launching for 3PP ensuring a smooth flow of the event.
  • Will perform other tasks as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Above average communication skills for both interpersonal and intrapersonal.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Highly knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Knowledgeable in Adobe photoshop.
  • Client and Customer oriented.
