Job Description

  • Establish service by:
    • Studying system requirements.
    • Ordering and gathering components and parts.
    • Completing installation.
    • Performing acceptance tests.
  • Ensure the service area is well staffed at all times, during the operation hours.
  • Maintain rapport with customers by:
    • Examining complaints.
    • Identifying solutions.
    • Suggesting improved methods and techniques.
    • Recommending system improvements.
  • Serve existing client by:
    • Analyzing work orders.
    • Investigating complaints.
    • Conducting tests.
    • Resolving problems.
  • Keep personal equipment operating by:
    • Following operating instructions.
    • Troubleshooting breakdowns.
    • Maintaining supplies.
    • Performing preventive maintenance.
    • Calling for repairs.
  • Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
  • Maintain customer confidence by keeping service information confidential.
  • Update job knowledge by regularly reading updates and training in GSX.
  • Provide correct parts for quotation and order.
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any equivalent course.
  • At least 1 year of work experience in the related field.
  • Preferably 1-4 years of experience specializing in Technical or Quality Control/Assurance or other equivalent fields.
  • Familiarization with computing hardware and software.
  • Knows how to troubleshoot electronics, analyze information, and maintain equipment.
  • Maintains client relationships.
  • Good reporting skills.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Confidentiality, quality focused, and results driven.
