Job Description
We're looking to hire multilingual individuals to provide customer service for our growing client in the travel-booking industry. The job simply entails managing hotel reservations and catering to requests from hotel guests.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Answer inquiries regarding travel reservations from customers
- Resolve issues or concerns regarding travel itineraries
- Increase client revenue by suggesting service upgrades in the call
- Enhance customer experience by providing excellent customer service in every call
- The tasks and responsibilities described here shall be provided in English and Spanish/Portuguese
Minimum Qualifications
- A native speaker or fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese:
- Fluent in the English language as well
- Previous call center experience is a plus but not necessary
- Customer-oriented
- Internet savvy
