Job Description
- Design new features from ground up, from idea to wireframes to full pixel-perfect mockups
- Collaborate with developers and marketers to lead the design vision for specific features and the product as a whole
- Communicate closely with users, collect feedback/metrics, and rapidly iterate product designs
- Conduct user research and user testing to evaluate designs and interfaces
- Be flexible, grow, and learn fast in a startup environment
Minimum Qualifications
- Solid understanding of the principles of UI/UX, information architecture, and graphic design, as proven through your past work
- Ability to empathize with the user
- Extensive experience with design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc), and understanding of a wide variety of design styles
- Very strong English language skills
