Job Description
As a reseller partner account manager, you will be will be responsible for onboarding and training our reseller partners and for managing all aspects of reseller activation and success. Your goal is to help our reseller partners succeed through training, support, sharing best practices, and through any other means you see opportunities in. Your success in this role will be measured by if the resellers can make sales after their onboarding and training.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the sales team with activating, onboarding, and training new reseller partners
- Reseller training to increase their sucess rate
- Deliver product demos, provide insightful technical answers, and recommend best practices for our partners to get the most out of Strikingly
- Help scale reseller training processes including creating training materials, hosting webinars, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in client onboarding and training
- Proven track record of results in client success
- Deep understanding of Strikingly, as well as the CMS industry
- Find comfort in working in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience at SaaS companies is a major plus
