Account Executive  

Sales Responsibilities: Carry out the developed business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. The Account Executive ensures that activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes are met. He/She provides timely feedback to senior management regarding updates. Make initial sales calls by penetrating presented or newly found networks. Capacity in explaining product and provide value added service capabilities of StreetPark; overcoming objections; contract preparation and after sales services. Maintains contact with all clients in the market to ensure high level of client satisfaction.

New Leads Generation: Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects. Coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.

After-sales: The Account executive ensures the proper turnover of closed accounts to the Production Department. He/She ensures that all information regarding the agreed contract will be followed by the Production Department. Continues to maintain good relationship to encourage repeat sales.

Decision Making and Priority Setting: The Account Executive identifies items that require immediate attention and action to ensure timely delivery of service and sales requirements. He/She decides and prioritizes all items within sales professional level and elevate to senior management when necessary. He/She ensures services rendered are of high quality and on-time.

Relationship Management: Builds and maintains relationship with different agencies, clients and suppliers to ensure the proper execution of sales and marketing strategies.

Role with the Senior Management: The Account Executive holds regular update meetings with the senior management. He/She delivers reports and presentations regarding the sales performance in relation to the sales objectives.

• A college graduate with exposure to college coursework involving English written and oral communications, marketing or business management
• At least three (3) years selling experience within a dynamic environment
• Experience in ad sales, is required
• Experience in TV or print media, is a Must.
• Knowledge of office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Enthusiastic interpersonal style that promotes effective communication, unity and respect with people in the organization; and with external customers
• Well-developed effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to act diplomatically, tactfully and with discretion and integrity at all times
• Proactive and driven to achieve and implement continuous improvements
