Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prospect, develop, and explore new business opportunities.
- Manage existing clients and grow the business for large accounts
- Make regular sales calls
- Deliver sales presentations and apply consultative selling techniques to prospective customers.
- Formulate proposals and negotiate contract terms.
- Handle questions and inquiries about the company’s products and services.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports.
- Manage and regularly update account database.
- Assist Finance in collections.
- Develop and manage short and long-term strategies aimed at achieving target sales volume.
- Lead and supervise junior business development officers as may be assigned by the superior.
- Perform other functions which may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years’ experience selling software development services to enterprises in the following areas: telco, banking/insurance/financial services, healthcare/pharma, or high tech.
- Must have both the sales skills and technical knowledge to lead customer discussions
- Self-starter and can work independently and remotely
- Strong presentation skills and communication skills
