Job Description

- Conduct training needs analysis for teachers and design the conduct of the training modules accordingly.
- Perform training activities for particular stakeholders
- Create job aids and tools/resources (online, print or other) that supplement training.
- Modify training approach as necessary to continually improve training content and delivery.
- Provide quality assurance review for teachers.
- Work closely with the Content Specialist to ensure that skills, knowledge, and behavior required by the content are captured in the training modules and relay feedback given by the teachers to the trainers.
- Work closely with the Learning Management and Development Specialist to ensure that the LMS would be fully utilized by the school and relay feedback given by the teachers to the trainers
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in related field (Instructional Design, English, Educational Technology).
- 5+ years of experience leading training Enterprise-class software solutions to end users, superusers, and administrators
- Knowledge and experience in Enterprise-level SaaS software platforms
- Background in behavioral health and/or IT a plus.
- Able to travel 50-75% of the time.
- Demonstrated knowledge of key instructional design concepts, practices, and learning principles.
- Skilled in developing instructor-led, web-based, and blended learning solutions.
- Experience developing course content in a variety of formats.
- Knowledge/experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Expertise in open source equivalent of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to produce clearly written learning materials and articulate key concepts in a clear manner.
- Ability to consult with Management and lead Subject Matter Experts.
- Ability to work independently with little oversight once the work is assigned.
- Use computers and software at a proficient level.
