Job Description
- Familiarize with Agile practice (Scrum) so as to apply with confidence in projects.
- Communicate if necessary to the Product Team on technical issues for which one is responsible.
- Gather requirements as necessary and clarify in order to come up with solutions.
- Code functionality in Mobile Applications using best practice under the supervision of a more senior developer
- Share and collaborate on code with the team using versioning tools (Preferable Git-based tools).
- Learn and apply basic techniques and tools for debugging and troubleshooting.
- Learn the basics of provisioning, certificates, deployment and distribution of mobile applications to test devices, third-party testing services, and App Connect.
- Familiarize and participate in Testing activities (Manual and Automated) as well as other procedures (DevOps, Security, etc) as relates to the needs of the project.
- Learn and be familiar with Apple Human Interface Guidelines to inform development.
- Learn the basics of integrating with Web Services using common communication protocols and formats such as REST and JSON.
- Reuse and refactor potential legacy code and diagnose and troubleshoot if necessary.
- Participate in mentoring and learning programs to build skills.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or any equivalent.
- Familiar with concepts in Apple’s Provisioning and Certificates within the Developer Center, able to package and deploy for both testing and for upload to App Store.
- Familiar with the basic debugging tools within XCode in order to troubleshoot applications.
- Familiar with Apple’s User Interface Guidelines.
- Fundamentals of Swift and Objective-C as well as concepts around their interoperability.
- Basics around Cocoapods as a dependency management tool, Carthage and Swift - Package Manager a plus.
- Willing to be trained on ReactNative / Flutter
- Willing to work in Mandaluyong
- Can start immediately
