Job Description
- Learn the basics around Android Studio and Gradle and Kotlin and Java while becoming proficient in the Application Lifecycles, Activities, Fragments, and Permissions and Services in order to create the basic foundation of applications.
- Translate explicitly given logic and process requirements into functional code as well as familiarizing oneself with the general tool and process stack of the project.
- Practice Good Git Practice and Behavior around the contribution of one’s own code towards the repository.
- Learns the skills necessary in order to become a contributing member of the team through the use of the IDE, and related tool stack, and knowledge of the Kotlin / Java Programming Language
- Produce functional code from explicitly given requirements using the standard tool and processes.
- Proactive in asking questions and approach the team or seniors in order to better understand practices, tool selection, and the context and purpose behind the implementation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or any equivalent.
- Basic Git Skills
- Familiarity with Android Ecosystem, Android Studio, Gradle, Google Play
- Basic Proficiency in the Base Android Frameworks
- Basic Understanding around Data Structures, Algorithms, and Programming Concepts
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field
