Job Description
- Act as an agile coach and Scrum Master to our agile development team within the Agile Release Train.
- Shape team behavior through excellent management via the agile method
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, system teams, and program owners
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, and meetings to monitor project progress and resolve any issues the team may be experiencing
- Remove project obstacles, develop solutions with team
- Ensure milestones are reached and deadlines are met throughout project lifecycle
- Take responsibility for successful product increment deliveries
- Conduct Performance reviews on team members
- Document progress and communicate to upper management and stakeholders
- Establish and advocate the agile values and culture in the project teams and in the organization
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required
- Master’s degree preferred
- Scrum Master certification required (SSM or PSM)
- minimum of 5 years experience in information technology (IT)
- minimum of 2 years experience in software development project management required
- Must possess leadership skills and experience
- Must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must possess the ability to work well with many different kinds of people in the project teams and in the organization
