Project Manager  

The Project Manager (PM) for Technology and Innovation is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the resources needed and utilized for all assigned projects. This involves the procurement of project requirements like human resources, materials or technologies needed to accomplish the projects’ activities. The PM manages the constraints of the project management triangle which involves cost, time and scope of work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

• Graduate of any four-year college course on computer science or related field in engineering or business management
• 7 years of experience in the software development life cycle as a business analyst or development team lead
• 5 years of experience in IT project management or someone who has played the role of business analyst or lead developer in software development projects and is looking to expand their career.
• 5 years of experience in project management of a software development project, preferably handling a variety of projects in web, mobile, back-end and UX/UI
• Experience in software product development and R&D is preferred
• Interested in technology and innovation
• Experienced in managing small teams
• Good communication skills both oral and written
• Willing to work in Mandaluyong

Other Qualifications

• Experience in working with cross functional teams and collaborating with remote team members
• Detail-oriented and able to articulate and present to cross functional teams, executive management and customers
• Proven record of meeting tight deadlines without sacrificing quality
• Passion to learn and work on next generation technologies
• Experience using GIT and Jira
• Experience / Proficiency in Agile/Scrum development methodologies is a plus
• Great analysis and problem-solving skills
