Job Description

The Brand Creative Associate's key task is to conceptualize and implement the continuous expansion of Straightforward's product portfolio. As Straightforward aims to develop unique identites for all of its new products, the Brand Creative Associate will have to lead the conceptualization of new products and manage its development until it has been well-recognized by Straightforward's target audience. The Brand Creative Associate will also be assisting in various related roles including social media management, in-store visual merchandising, or graphic design.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years working experience in the field of designing, marketing or merchandising-related work.
  • Strong interest in Fashion Marketing, Product Designing, Marketing Communications, and Social Media Management.
  • Extensive knowledge in design principles and marketing communications is a must.
  • Must be very knowledgeable in various design softwares involving digital arts.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with a "can do" attitude.
