The role will be reporting to the Manager & Head - Operations Support Group and will be overseeing functions related to PEZA and government regulation, building/office requirements, shuttle services and general admin functions which includes but not limited to pantry supplier, janitorial and security requirements.
- Handles all PEZA and government regulations compliance requirements to ensure that our PEZA certificate and government permits are released on time. Coordinates with different government agencies to ensure compliance of requirements.
- Manage the office/building requirements such as workstations, CCTVs, office requirements like lockers, table and chairs, lights, photocopier etc. Included in the function is the preventive maintenance and repair.
- Handle the pantry supplies. Ensure there is adequate food and utility items within budget.
- Oversee shuttle services and drivers ensuring that schedules and itinerary are completed. This includes guest’s pickup, deliveries to clients and employees’ shuttle services.
- Handle fleet management such as preventive maintenance, repairs, renewal of insurance and permits.
- Manage mobile plans for selected positions and monitor usage according to set monthly limits.
- Handle housekeeping requirements
- Handle security requirements
- Handles office supplies request, supplier coordination, expenses and payment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree holder
- At least 5 years of facilities management experience (admin, utility, security) preferably from a BPO setting
- Must have experience in PEZA and government regulations
- Preferably with 1 year experience handling/managing a team
- Civil Engineer or Property Engineer background is a plus
- Good English communication skills
- Must be amenable to work on REG Shift, Mon-Fri, in Pasig City
