Job Description

As the Sales Account Manager, you are responsible for hitting our sales targets for PandaDoc. You will do this both by acquiring new customers and by growing relationships with existing customers. Our sales targets for PandaDoc will be provided to our Account Manager before the beginning of each calendar year. These targets may change throughout the course of the year.

The job of the Account Manager is to provide our buyer personas with the PandaDoc automated proposal generation system to help them significantly improve their sales process. Other responsibilities are as follows:

  • Sell PandaDoc products and services to existing customers of GetCre8ive and other affiliate companies, leveraging existing relationships to introduce PandaDoc.
  • Convert qualified leads to sales opportunities.
  • Build a pipeline of sales opportunities.
  • Optimize the sales process, refining it to better suit GetCre8ive’s buyer personas wherever they are in the buyer journey.
    • Understand prospective customers’ pain points and requirements.
    • Determine the most appropriate PandaDoc solution.
    • Make well-thought out presentations.
    • Prepare helpful proposals.
    • Assist customers in making the right purchasing decision, negotiating with the end in view of building strong, strategic, enduring business relationships.
    • Facilitate order fulfilment.
    • Solicit customer feedback.
  • Proactively manage subscription contract renewals.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of solid sales and account management experience.
  • Preferably with experience in using Salesforce CRM or Hubspot Sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong selling skills, especially in successfully closing sales opportunities.
  • Strong relationships established in the industry, preferably with agency and corporate customers.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new business and growing client relationships
  • Ability to manage a broad base of customers.
  • Ability to create reasonably accurate sales forecasts.
