As the Employee Engagement Team Leader, you will:
- Plan and implement initiatives that promote employee engagement, strengthen company culture, and improve talent acquisition.
- Work closely with volunteer teams to support interests and hobbies through employee clubs.
- Supervise regular employee events including, but not limited to sportsfests, summer outings, Town Halls, Halloween, and Christmas parties.
- Take the lead in exploring out-of-the-box initiatives that promote learning, teamwork, and employee retention.
- Handle employee surveys and focus group discussions.
- Be an ambassador of fun, creativity, and learning.
Minimum Qualifications
- Relevant experience in similar or related positions, such as Project Manager or Culture Ambassador.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organization and project management skills.
- Social media savvy.
- Willing to learn from our Social Media team)
- People person: sociable, can easily build alliances with other teams.
- Amenable with changing shifts, depending on the company’s needs (your regular shift will be in the morning).
