Social Media Specialist  

The Paid Social Media Specialist will work directly with our clients in developing & executing paid social media strategies.

As a Paid Social Media Specialist, you will:

• Specializes in running paid media advertisement driving traffic and leads via prospecting and retargeting
• Maintains performance reports and trackers analyzing the assets and targeting of different campaigns
• Execute tests on campaigns to develop ways on improving campaign performance
• Stay updated with current trends and platform developments
• Give strategic analysis and recommendations on improving long-term performance to ensure the client is meeting or exceeding benchmarks and goals
• Manages campaign promotions in social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Monitors performance of campaigns and initiatives across social media channels to ensure the best possible results using an efficient and well-executed strategy
• Provides actionable insights and recommendations that are relevant to the client's businesses to achieve their campaign goals through in-depth data analysis and thorough optimization
• Implement the Client’s Social Media marketing. Administration includes content strategy, developing brand awareness, generating inbound traffic by using Social Media Manager tools and cultivating leads and sales
• Monitor the performance of campaigns and initiatives across social media channels to ensure the best possible results using an efficient and well-executed strategy
• Creation and updating of reports as requested by Client
• Work hand-in-hand with the clients in applying an effective plan of action to achieve the overall goal of the business
• May be assigned to perform other related duties from time to time

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Advertising, Mass Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Statistics, Business Administration, Communication Technology, Development Communication, Information Technology, and related courses
• At least 3 years of experience with social platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc
• Advanced level of experience in MS Excel
• Can work well as part of a team; ability to work well across different levels
• Able to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Good communication skills both written and verbal and can communicate across different levels within the organization
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze social listening metrics and translate them into actionable recommendations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Understanding of different social media platforms
• Preferably with advanced experience in Social Media performing the core functions above
• Strong understanding and demonstrable experience in using FB Ads Manager
• The aptitude to quickly understand information and identify trends
• Amenable to work on US shift 8pm-5am, Monday to Friday
• Able to WFH and must have stable 15 mbps internet connection
