Paid Ads Analyst  

Our Digital Paid Ads Analyst is responsible for supporting clients and the digital marketing team in executing paid ads campaigns, specifically Google.

Core functions include:

1. Execute search engine marketing processes and best practices within standards

• Implement Google PPC strategy and conduct assessment and recommendations.
• Setup PPC campaign ads for Google and Bing
• Setup PPC tools to track website traffic and performance (Google Ads, Google
• Analytics, Search Console, Google data studio, and other technical settings)
• Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights to maximize performance
• Understanding the client’s marketing plan and developing and implementing strategies
• to attract, convert and connect, that are aligned to the business brand and target markets
• Regularly communicating with the client via the agreed communication channels.

2. Get, want, and have the capacity to fulfill the requirements of the seat

• Understanding and accomplishing training necessary to equip him or her with skills required for more advanced PPC tasks
• Increasing skill sets as team member grows within the PPC team / account team

3. Fulfillment of Key Performance Indicators

• Monitoring and evaluating marketing processes and activities performed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually
• Collaborating with various departments and/or account managers, counterparts to meet the marketing goals
• Generating and interpreting marketing reports into actionable strategies based on data such as clicks, conversion, other marketing KPIs, turnaround times and quality scores.
• Implement best practice optimization processes to client accounts to ensure maximum potential is reached in client performance for results and budget delivery

4. Serve as a back-up/cover resource for key clients when needed

• Accomplishing training in key client processes
• Providing back up support for key clients when needed such as during an Maternity
• Leave or Sick Leave of a marketer working in a key account
• Changing work schedules for supporting key clients when needed

The position will be part of the Account Management team or depending on the client’s needs and the tasks will revolve around Optimizing and Publishing ads based on the client’s instructions, providing insights on account performance, and making sure that we are meeting account KPIs.

• Bachelor’s / College Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Advertising/Media or equivalent

• At Least 1 year work experience in search engine marketing and advanced/in-depth knowledge in Google Ads advertising.

• Experience with website and lead analytics (UTM tagging, Google Tag Manager, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Tableau).

• Outstanding data handling and analytical skills.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft office products, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

• Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports

• Ability to Interpret and Communicate Complex Technical Concepts

• Ability to make recommendations, setting up and maintaining paid ads campaign

• Good understanding of search engine updates

• Amenable to work in the US shift (9PM-6AM) and has stable internet connection
