Frontend Web Developer  

Responsible for driving the production process of an email marketing campaign. This includes involvement in the technical aspects of the campaign's development, quality assurance, deployment, and maintenance.

Key Deliverables

• Email campaign development and setup through the use of Eloqua platforms
• Email templates/bespoke builds
• Landing page creation
• Browser and email client tests, and personalization testing

Key Responsibilities
Technical

• Responsible for the development and execution of responsive marketing emails (templates/bespoke) that renders beautifully across devices and all major email clients.
• The developer will also proof, test and troubleshoot HTML emails that follow both brand and current code standards.

Quality

• Perform thorough QA to ensure campaigns are executed to perfection, including proper rendering across all major devices and email clients,
• Identify scenarios where campaign assets are not adequate or incomplete and communicate the importance of guidelines and process, following up with a recommendation when necessary.

Task Management

• Ability to prioritize projects based on deadlines, workload, individual client preferences, and seek help when necessary.
• Proactively work to achieve a balance between expectations and realistic deliverables.

Client Relationship

• Work closely with stakeholders across the marketing and creative teams to create email templates and assets, perform campaign QA, and help coordinate the email production process.
• Able to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism and client relations.

Improvement

• Drive continuous improvement in the production process by contributing to documentation and finding efficiencies.
• Willingness to learn, troubleshoot, and set up processes for new technology and projects.

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering(Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent are preferred
• Highly skilled and with significant experience (at least 1 year of continuous experience) in frontend development using HTML, CSS and media queries
• Experience in working with design authoring tools such as Adobe Photoshop
• Previous work within an enterprise-level ESP (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Eloqua Marketing Cloud) is a plus
• Understanding of responsive development, through the use of media queries
• Good working knowledge using HTML and CSS
• Very good oral & written English communication and comprehension

• Can work remotely Mon-Fri on a UK shift (4pm-1am)
