- Employee Engagement Strategy & Programs : As the role is highly collaborative, the Employee Engagement Specialist (EE Specialist) is expected to work closely with leaders and employees to understand, analyze and provide initiatives to support employee engagement. This can be done by but not limited to employee surveys, focus group discussions and similar activities. The EE Specialist will also work closely with volunteer teams to support interest and hobbies through employee clubs. In a WFH set-up, engagement programs are expected to keep us connected. As a member of the Talent Management (TaMa) Department, the role is expected to work closely with TaMa leaders in sharing insights from employees on how to further improve the department’s programs and strategies.
- Culture Ambassador: The EE Specialist is expected to live by the Company Core Values to be successful in promoting the Company’s HERO culture. The EE Specialist should also be an ambassador of fun, creativity, and learning.
- Rewards and Recognition: The EE Specialist will be implementing rewards and recognition programs, either to be implemented Company-wide or at a team level, with the support of the team leaders.
- Company Scheduled Activities: The role will take the lead in implementing Company-wide set activities for the year assigned to TaMa from monthly townhalls to organizing the Christmas Party.
- Performance Management : The EE Specialist shall ensure the continuous implementation of the Company’s performance management from probationary to annual reviews, as a source of information towards productivity.
- Off-boarding: The EE Specialist will be responsible for the off-boarding activities limited to exit interviews and staying connected through SA alumni. Relevant insight during exit interviews will be shared to all stakeholders for proper disposition.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 years relevant experience in a similar position i.e Culture Ambassador.
- Must have a track record of implementing successful employee engagement programs from his/her previous companies.
- Must be a people person - sociable, can easily build alliances with other teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organization and project management skills.
- Social media savvy (and must be willing to learn and work with our Digital Marketing teams)
- Proficient in MS core applications and familiar with various survey related applications i.e. Surveymonkey
- Regular shift is from 2:00pm - 10:00pm Mondays to Fridays, but must be open to changing shifts when needed
- Able to temporarily work from home and has stable internet connection
