Our Digital Marketing Associate or Digital Marketer is responsible for supporting clients and the digital marketing team in executing digital marketing campaigns.
Core functions include:
- Support in executing digital marketing tasks (social media, email marketing, lead conversion, marketing automation, keyword research, and contact database management, document formatting, reputation management, blogging etc.) within standards
- Get, want and have the capacity to fulfill the requirements of the seat
- Fulfillment of Key Performance Indicators including but not limited to quality, turnaround time, productivity and marketing goals
- Execute assigned tasks for clients or under internal innovation projects, identified awards, and/or serve as back-up/cover resource for key clients when needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Communication Technology, Marketing, Mass Communications, Development Communication, Information Technology, Linguistics, Journalism, Behavioral Science, and related courses
- Minimum six months to two year’s worth of work experience in digital marketing
- Proficient in content writing, social media, search engine marketing, research, email marketing
- Experience with using digital marketing apps for social media, SEO, blogging, and email an advantage
- Experience with writing/compiling reports on marketing campaigns is a plus
- Above average English communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service, organizational and multitasking skills, experience working with foreign clients/counterparts a plus
- Quick to learn marketing automation software and apps
- Amenable to work Mon-Fri on REG (9am-6pm), UK (4pm-1am), or US (8pm-5am) shift
- Can work remotely and has stable inetrnet connection
