Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the Employee Engagement Specialist will collaborate with the leaders to design, implement and sustain a range of initiatives to support employee engagement programs.
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Collaborate with the recruitment team and operational leaders to engage new hires and ensure a successful on-boarding process
- Handle off-boarding program and provide Management valuable insights on employee turnover
Employee Engagement
- Work with leaders to understand operations, business directions and operational challenges as reference in coming up with employee engagement programs. Explore out-of-the-box initiatives that promotes company core values and employee retention
- Perform HR analytics to support business initiatives which may come from focused group discussions, management surveys, one-on-one interviews, HR reports and other similar methodologies
- Create an annual employee engagement program calendar - schedule, communicate, and coordinate with all stakeholders
- Work with 3rd party vendors to execute company events
Labor/Employee Relations
- Educate all team members on the Company’s Code of Conduct
- Provide assistance to leaders in addressing disciplinary cases i.e. preparation of notices and conduct of admin hearing
- Track and organize all documentation of disciplinary cases
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the same field, preferably gained from a BPO industry
- A culture champion, with a proven track record of driving employee engagement programs
- Sound knowledge of the Labor Code as well as handling disciplinary cases
- Can bring in well established processes and metrics for employee engagement
- Preferably, with experience in other HR functions such as recruitment and compensation and benefits
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in Microsoft & Google Suite applications
- Open to work from 1pm-10pm (as well as shifting schedules if needed)
- Open to work in Pasig City
