The Search Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting clients and the digital marketing team in executing search engine marketing for organic and paid. Core functions include:
- Conduct SEO and PPC strategy, assessment and recommendations.
- Setup PPC campaign ads for Google, Bing and Yahoo
- Setup SEO tools to track website traffic and performance (Adwords, Google Analytics, Search Console other technical settings)
- Understanding the client’s marketing plan and developing and implementing strategies to attract, convert and connect, that are aligned to the business brand and target markets
- Regularly communicating with the client in-person and via Skype
- Monitoring and evaluating marketing processes and activities performed weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually
- Collaborating with various departments (Sales, IM, Social Media, Content, Design and Web Development) to meet the marketing goals
- Generating and interpreting marketing reports into actionable strategies based on data for traffic, conversion rates, email marketing KPIs, turnaround times and quality scores
- Supporting team and department in testing new SEO and PPC software/tools, processes or strategies and in documenting and sharing knowledge
- Learning and innovating with client and StraightArrow tools for search optimization such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Adwords, Screaming Frog, and other SEM related tools.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Information Technology, Digital Marketing, and other related courses.
- 2-3 years work experience in search engine marketing and advanced/in-depth knowledge in Google and Bing Ads advertising.
- Experience with using SEO tools e.g. Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Moz and Screaming Frog.
- Experience with using other digital marketing apps and tools for email marketing is a plus.
- Amenable to work in Pasig City on UK(4pm-1am) or US(9pm-6am) shifts
