The Documentation Specialist is accountable for documenting StraightArrow’s key processes to ensure that the Company operates smoothly and consistently, helping keep operations simple and manageable. His/her role will include research, observation, consultation, collection and review of existing and new support (Sales, Talent Management & Finance) functions.
- Process Mapping - map the end-to-end processes of sales, talent management and finance, consulting with our leaders to ensure accuracy and clarity
- Process Documentation - create the process documents of StraightArrow
- Process Orientation and Subject Matter Expertise - in-charge of training Straightarrow employees in the Company’s most important processes
- Forms Management - will be StraightArrow’s Form Custodian - creating, rolling-out, improving and maximizing the use of forms such as Google Form, Formstack etc.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Excel, Google Suite
- Amenable to work on AU shift (6AM-3PM)
