- This role involves supporting the client with project management and coordination
- Reach out to stakeholders or equivalent POC to gather information and assets required
- Reach out to a 3rd party provider for the client or project requirements
- Manage payment and budget
- Clarify creative briefs
- Ensure tasks are completed correctly and on time
- Coordinate and manage client request.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
- Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Determining project changes.
- Providing administrative support as needed.
- Undertaking project tasks as required.
- Developing project strategies.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
- Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
- Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
- Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 2 years experience in project management & coordination, preferably for digital marketing projects
- Excellent attention to detail, time-management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and comprehension skills (written and oral)
- Comfortable with talking to foreign clients, esp US, UK, and AU clients
- Ability to collaborate with multiple teams from all levels in the organization
- Ability to work independently, multi-task and work under tight deadlines
- Amenable to work on US shift (8pm-5am) Mon-Fri in Pasig City
