Overview
The jobholder contributes to the growth and profitability of the company by professionally and efficiently managing Company visitors / guests, telephone calls and messages. It also handles various administration and coordination tasks.
About the Role
- Handle answering and transferring of calls
- Relay messages to concerned employees
- Ensure that the telephone system is working properly
- Welcome guests and endorse accordingly
- Receive packages and endorse to concerned employees
- Keeps track of the attendance of the employees
- Maintain the cleanliness of the lobby
Minimum Qualifications
To be a successful candidate, you should have…
- One to two years of experience as a front desk receptionist
- A college graduate
- Has experience with MS office programs
- Good oral and written communication skills
- With pleasing personality
