- Ensures timely release of government and Company-initiated benefits;
- Ensures that employees' records are updated;
- Ensures compliance on the submission of requirements to government agencies;
- Keep up with the relevant current labor laws;
- Prepare and review job offers, notices, contracts, etc.
- Ensures that the Compensation Management Officer keeps track and maintains the updated records of employees’ real time;
- Prepares and ensures timely submission of the Monthly Management Report
- Efficiently manage the available resources of the department and ensure adherence to its approved and allocated budget;
- Review the effectiveness of all Compensation Management Administration programs in meeting its specific objectives;
- Oversees compliance of the department to policies, guidelines and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably a graduate of BS Psychology, BS Industrial Relations, BS Management or Behavioral Science, BS Human Resource Management.
- Related certifications or a post graduate degree is a plus.
- Work experience as an HR Generalist and a Compensation and Benefits Manager role is an advantage.
- At least 10 years experience in Compensation and Benefits;
- At least 3 years in managerial position;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills; and,
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
