Job Description
- Sets up sound and video equipment used in conducting live events inside the building and helps in the necessary changing of the layout of venues for said set-up;
- Operate sound and video equipment;
- Ensure that equipment work properly and handle malfunctions during event proper;
- Maintain and clean audio and video equipment regularly;
- Resolve issues as required before any event;
- Report any damages to the Events Operations Specialist;
- Performs monthly check-up of audio and visual equipment;
- Provides customer service and technical support to clients on-site during events;
- Meets with resource person to establish cues and directions for events;
- Ensures safe storage and integrity of data used or displayed in events;
- Makes sure of the safe transfer of equipment whenever necessary; and
- Tracks and maintains inventory of equipment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Audio and visual system knowledge

- Flexibility to work long shifts and overnight
- Preferably with at least one (1) to two (2) years’ experience in audio visual technology or any job title with similar functions
