Performance Management Associate

Job Description

  • Monitors employment status of probationary and project employees and sends notices/advisories to concerned managers/supervisors and division executivesto concerned department/division heads to ensure timely submission of 3rd month performance appraisal form at least two (2) weeks after end of 3rd month probationary or project employment period and submission of 5th month performance appraisal form at least three (3) weeks prior to end of probationary or project employment contract;
  • Monitors the conduct of annual performance appraisal of employees and consolidates the accomplished performance appraisal forms for review and computation;
  • Drafts or revises performance appraisal forms as needed in coordination with concerned managers/supervisors to clearly identify the key performance indicators to be used in performance evaluation;Monitors the conduct of the annual performance appraisal of employees and consolidation of accomplished performance appraisal forms;
  • Performs review and validation of performance appraisal of employees in coordination with concerned managers/supervisors and computes for the overall performance rating prior submission to Supervising Executive or Learning and Development Officer for approval
  • Maintains and updates the Performance Appraisal Inventory Report used for in monitoring and tracking of employees’ performance and submits to Supervising Executive or Learning and Development Officer every last working day of the month;
  • Consolidates and updates List of Suggested Training report as noted by managers/supervisors in the performance appraisal forms and submits to HR Generalist I and Supervising Executive or Learning and Development Officer every last working day of the month for reference in processing of trainings.
  • Prepares other ad hoc reports which may be required by superior;
  • Prepares notices for extension/end of probationary or project employment status contract based on the results of the performance appraisal and submits to Supervising Executive or Learning and Development Officer for approval;
  • Prepares announcement for regularization and certification passers as needed and sends to all employees;
  • Prepares other ad hoc reports which may be required by superior;
  • Maintains and files 201-B record of employees containing training and performance management related documents such as Performance Appraisal Forms, Notices for Extension/End of probationary or project employment contract, Job Descriptions and Training Bond Contracts with corresponding Training Certificates.; and
  • Performs other job related tasks that may be assigned by his/her superior

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Behavioral Science or any IT related course
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Analytical Skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
