Job Description
- Identify, prospect, and provide consultative information regarding technology solutions to potential vendors in learning space.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of marketplace based technologies that power an Enterprise.
- Guide our learning vendor partners, practice leaders and consultants through the onboarding of STORM Learning Platform.
- Create joint partner enablement plans in collaboration with partner counterparts.
- Engage regularly with key vendors to monitor enablement process, new products and future goals
- Provide regular updates to vendor partners on the status of STORM Learning platforms features and products enablement.
- Respond to concerns from customers when partners fail to deliver to the expectation of customers through STORM Learning’s platform.
- Execute vendor management processes
- Manage vendor contracts and ensures adherence to corporate governance
- Provide and support the implementation of business solutions
- Work well with extended team members in vendors, clients, Business Unit, and technical groups.
- Drive our marketplace business growth.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experienced in the following:
- Working with vendor providers selling learning and consultant offerings to end customers, and liaison with the technical team for the onboarding of the vendors.
- Markets place closing role - with vendors or corporate executives.
- Marketing tech or ad tech is a plus.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High energy and positive attitude.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proactive, with a strong attention to detail and organization.
- Team player who thrives in collaborative environment.
- Familiar with business level tools like trello, basecamp, etc.
