Job Description
- Strategizes, identifies, and sources potential merchants that will be part of the STORM platform.
- Pitches, negotiates, manages relationships, and builds merchant businesses.
- Forges partnerships with suppliers and distributors that can offer their goods and services in the STORM Benefits platform and later manages merchants by creating a good relationship between the merchants and STORM.
- Makes sure merchants extend healthy margins to STORM.
- Plans and executes customer-focused product assortments in order to drive sales and category strength.
- Forecasts sales based on trend, inventory availability, upcoming promotions, and new client launches.
- Participates in seasonal promotions created by our Marketing team.
- Develops and implements processes in order to streamline processes and encourage maximum order executions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Work experience in Merchant Relations or Merchandising.
- E-commerce background is a plus.
- With the following skills:
- Negotiation.
- Business development.
- Interest in Electronics, Home and Living, Dining. and Service Categories are a plus.
