Job Description
- Reviews requirements, specifications and technical design documents of our systems
- Creates detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Estimates, prioritizes, plans, and coordinates testing activities as needed
- Coordinates and suggests possible solutions to developers, product designers, and the product heads
- Designs, develops, and executes under minimum supervision
- Able to identify, record, document and track bugs. Must be able to perform thorough regression testing after bug resolution
- Manages the build and deployment operations, ensures the scripts run efficiently and reports metrics based on operational goals
- Improves testing runtimes continuously
- Designs and develops automated tests using open source tools for automated localized regression tests, conduct non-functional test like performance and security testing
- Conducts training and knowledge sharing
Minimum Qualifications
- BS/MS Degree in Computer Science or any related field
- Open for Fresh Graduates; Maximum of 3 years related work experience
- Familiarity with Automation Frameworks (Robot, Selenium, and Postman)
- Experience with basic scripting Also has done API and UI testing :)
- Can work under minimum supervision
- Has the ability to create test plans and define testing strategies
- Experience in database management is a plus
- Experience in software development is a plus
- Passionate in uncovering hard-to-find bugs
- Responsible, detail-oriented and relentless
- Has strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passionate and excited for team work
- Capable of working under extreme pressure
- Possesses strong self-learning skills
