Job Description
- Formulates recommendations on training program based on the request generated in the platform
- Spearheads the collaboration meetings with both training partners and clients to come up to ensure successful training.
- Facilitates internal and external user feedback sessions through the platform.
- Ensures that all program success metrics are tracked and managed
- Coordinate with the marketing team for event management to help achieve program success metrics
- Formulates recommendations on Program Design based on Program Satisfaction results
- Keeps up-to-date with Human Capital trends to continuously provide recommendations and improvement plans for the program.
- Formulates methodology of any and all related data gathering efforts and guides Analysts in administration
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree graduate, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Communications course
- Project Management Skills; preferably has school organization experiences, or work that requires the candidate to handle partners or stakeholders
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
