Job Description
Responsible for CRM software technical support and encoding of the CRM campaigns in the CRM program for the accurate execution of mechanics into the POS
- CRM Software Support

- Implementation of CRM Campaigns
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of BS Business Management, BA Communication or BS Information; Major in Marketing, CRM, Corporate Communication, Business Communication.
- With at least 6 months to 1 year work experience in Customer Relationship Management or BPO.
- Knowledge in any database analytics tool such as My SQL, SPSS or SAS.
- With good oral and written communication skills.
- Able to work well with different kinds of people.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
