Job Description
- Produce all architectural renderings including Eye level exterior views, interior views and upper level views of the store.
- Assist Architectural Designer in editing architectural drawings, photos, and renderings.
- Develop architectural renderings for presentation to principal and/or merchandising.
- Collaborate with Principal, Merchandising, Interior Designer and Project Architects to develop renderings and presentation drawings for potential projects.
- Assist in creating 3D architectural modeling and virtual tour videos for projects as needed by principal and / or merchandising and top management
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of BS Engineering, BS Architecture or BS Interior Design
- With at least 6 to 1 year experience in the related field
- Well-versed in all aspects of design and composition
- Manual drawing and sketching skills
- Proficient with computer aided design and drafting (CADD) software
- Promotional skills; required to successfully market work
- Able to gain a deep understanding of an architect’s design philosophy and intent
- An understanding of exactly what each architectural illustration is to be used for
- Able to effectively collaborate with architects and other professionals
