Job Description
- Undertakes process improvement projects assigned by the MSD Officer or MSD Manager
- Assists the MSD Officer in major projects requiring research and analysis work
- Conducts training programs for dissemination of approved policies, systems and procedures
- Monitors implementation and compliance of concerned departments to agreed process standards
- Acts as the department’s helpdesk for inquiries related to company policies and procedures
- Handles all administrative functions for the department
Minimum Qualifications
- Agraduate of BS in Industrial Engineering or BS in Information Systems
- At least 6 months to 1-year experience in methods or systems analysis
- Ability to learn processes and software
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
- Preferably with training experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be willing to be assigned at Buendia Makati City
- Fresh graduates with outstanding scholastic records may be considered
