Job Description
- Coordinates with Advertising Officer/Manager and Advertising staff re the layouts/studies brand’s requests.
- Responsible for Magazine and Newspaper Ad placement materials.
- Prepares all the collaterals and requirement requests of the brands such as EDM, posters, facebook, signage, banner ads, and billboards artworks/layouts.
- Revises Advertising layouts, request artworks for EDM, Posters, Facebook layouts etc.
- Prepares and edits DTI layouts of the brands.
- Prepares Online ad artworks as requested by the brands
- Responsible for rendering support to the Advertising Officer/Manager by monitoring revision of the layouts, keeping, and maintaining the Adverting layouts/artworks.
- Prepares and editing of SSI Institutional artworks such as:
- Purple Cards - minor revision/editing (updating the list of brands & resizing)
- Gift Certificates – update the design
- CENTRAL SQUARE – Request layouts (poster, EDM, Facebook layouts.)
- Updates of SSI Brand Logos
- Compiles all advertising materials
- Prepares Event Invites, collaterals, name cards, tent cards, menu collaterals etc.
- Clean Up Product Shots from Existing editorial shoots, or existing material from principal
Minimum Qualifications
- 4 year graduate of Bachelor of Science in Fine Arts, Advertising Arts Multimedia Arts or any related course
- Preferably with at least 6 months to one-year work experience in a marketing or advertising related working environment
- Fresh graduates with internship experience in advertising/marketing are welcome to apply
- Should be proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Indesign
- Creative and confident
- Highly organized
- Can work well in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in both in oral and written English
- With the maturity and confidence needed to be able to deal with various kinds of people
