Loss Prevention Officer  

Primarily responsible for the management of shrinkage budget and data accuracy of all stores assigned by monitoring store operations compliance to procedures in the merchandise flow and coninuously enforcing standardized auditing procedures and policies

Also plans, organizes, controls all activities of the Store Checking group in fulfilling audit checks in key risk areas of the merchandise flow from point of issuance/receiving to checkout. He shall monitor and supervises all stock corection activities of all the assigned stores and prepare standard and consolidated reports on a periodic basis.

Education/Professional Experience

• Any 4-5 year course but preferably a graduate of Industrial Engineering or Accounting Course
• With atleast 1-2 years general accounting or audit experience

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Attentive to details
• Ability to write reports
• With adequate communication and interpersonal skills
• Practical knowledge of MS Office Operations
• Knowledge in JDA system and POS system is an advantage
• Knowledge in any form of stock correction activities in retailing business in an advantage
