Job Description
- Provide legal assistance to the company.
- Provide administrative support and assist Human Resources Department on administrative cases.

Minimum Qualifications
- Attorney-at-law.
- A Member of the Philippine Bar.
- At least five (5) years of experience in general law practice.
- Strong interest and experience in the field of in-house and trial work.
- Significant contract drafting and negotiation experience is a plus.
- Significant experience in permitting and other regulatory compliance transactions is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Excellent legal research skills.
- Computer proficient.
- Filipino citizen or hold relevant residence status.
