Job Description
- Oversee the daily operations of the division.
- Evaluate the competitive position of each assigned Merchandise Department.
- Direct and guide the merchandising activities of Merchandise Managers in order to develop strategies to strengthen or improve product marketability.
- Meet sales and profit objectives of the company.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of a four (4) year Business related course or Fashion Merchandising.
- At least fifteen (15) years work experience in the retail industry as the Division Manager.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Analytical and results-oriented.
- Pleasing and dynamic personality, impeccable integrity, and good moral character.
