Job Description
- Responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of the digital marketing strategy for Rustan Marketing Corporation covering: e-commerce, brand websites, digital communications including email, affiliate marketing and translation of marketing campaigns into digital marketing campaigns, analytics and system integrations.
- Develop and implement SEO and PPC strategies
- Create and manage link building strategies, content marketing strategies, and social media presences
- Innovate and present new marketing platforms and strategies
- Develop engaging online content including clickbait, forums, videos, graphics, and blogs; monitor and analyse content success
- Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns
- Manage email and social media marketing campaigns
- Use Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant sites
- Drive traffic to company pages
- Develop and manage projects and team members, including delegating tasks, reviewing team member work, adhering closely to deadlines and to budget, developing and revising ideas, and implementing projects
- Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have at least 7 years experience handling Digital Marketing/Digital Marketing Campaigns;
- Retail expereince in preferred;
- eCommerce background is required;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Knowledge in Photography is an advantage;
- Adept in Photoshop and other editing programs;
- Must have excellent attention to detail;
- Has excellent copywriting skills;
- Must be familiar with handling content management systems;
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or Computer Science/Information Technology.
