- Memimpin tim Field Activator untuk mencapai target bulanan
- Monitoring dan koordinasi tim Field Activator terkait aktivitas harian sales
- Melakukan evaluasi terkait kinerja tim sales
- Memberikan pelatihan di lapangan terkait aktivitas sales
Minimum Qualifications
- Maksimal usia 35 tahun
- Minimal S1 - semua jurusan
- Memiliki motor
- Memiliki kemampuan sales dan komunikasi yang baik
- Berorientasi pada target
- Memiliki kemampuan Ms Office yang baik
- Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman di bidang sales
