Job Description
As an Activator, you will be responsible to engage in value-driven conversations to analyze clients’ needs and propose appropriate solutions. You will be approaching and maintaining relationships with F&B owners and managers on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
- Hunt for potential new customers through various channels
- Acquire and maintain relationships with customers, according to the set KPI
- Collaborate with internal Stoqo team to ensure customers needs are fulfilled effectively
- Suggest ways to improve overall team performance
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor degree from any major
- Solid communication and negotiation skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Highly motivated and results oriented with a strong willingness to learn
- Ability to work in fast-paced and highly collaborative environment
- Familiarity with F&B industry in Jakarta (preferable)
