Job Description
As a Customer Relationship Management Analyst at Stoqo, you will be given the opportunity to support customer management analysis. Your position is likely to touch many points of customer’s needs, problems, and wants.
Responsibilities of a CRM include:
* Drive analysis and important strategic decisions to improve customer relationship management.
* Develop analytical frameworks to support customer experiences.
* Manage, execute, and support customer experince & requests.
* Gather, analyze, and amend data from internal and external sources using statistical methods to provide ongoing & ad-hoc reports.
* Support other functions in relation to management of data distribution.
* Provide actionable insights to answer business & managerial questions.
Minimum Qualifications
* Minimum education of Sarjana Strata 1 (S1) (preverbly in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Maths, or Economics)
* At least 1 year working experience in relevant fields. Fresh graduate with relevant practical experience may be considered.
* Excellence in Ms. Excel is compulsory.
* Experience in business and customer analytics is a huge plus.
* Meticulous with orderly and structured thinking.
* Willing to adapt and collaborate with our fast pace environment.
