Job Description

Processing Officer is part of the Operations division in STOQO. The Operations division is responsible for STOQO's order to cash process; which means we process customer's order as it comes in until it becomes money back to STOQO. Processing office itself is divided into three teams; order management, invoice management and resolution.The following are the responsibilities of the order management team:

+ Managing & processing customer's orders
+ Communicate with suppliers about daily shopping process
+ Manage & execute daily cross-division communications
+ Problem solve day to day issues

Minimum Qualifications

Strong analytical and planning skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Excel proficient
Computer literate
Detailed oriented
Competent in problem solving
Experienced in data processing/handling is a plus
Honest
